    Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea – April 24, 2025 – Adyton Resources Corporation (TSX Venture: ADY) announces that it has filed its financial statements for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024 and accompanying Management Discussion and Analysis on its SEDAR+ profile at www.sedarplus.ca.

    Update on Board Changes

    As announced on April 15, 2025, Dr. Chris Wilson has resigned from the Board of Directors. In response to shareholder inquiries, the Company wishes to clarify that Dr. Wilson's resignation was due to ongoing health issues resulting from a motorbike accident. The Company thanks Dr. Wilson for his significant contributions and wishes him a full and speedy recovery.
